Vernare was founded by Sarah Jane Militello to help technology companies launch, get funded and grow. Ms. Militello draws on her marketing and general management experience with Hewlett-Packard Company and Agilent Technologies, tech transfer and business incubator expertise honed at Stevens Institute of Technology, and start-up work with the clients of Technology Ventures Corporation, to give clients a growing edge.

In addition to providing advisory on planning, formation, product launch, fund-raising and growth, Vernare provides interim management services.
